We have partnered with an architectural and engineering design firm in the Midland, TX area to provide them with a Civil PE / Project Manager Site Development. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.

Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Civil PE / Project Manager Site Development :

#1. Must have PE license in TX.

#2. Must have at least 10yrs of Site Development and Master Planning experience

#3. Must have Office, Retail, Industrial, and Institutional Buildings project experience.

#4. No more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years

Responsibilities of the Civil PE / Project Manager Site Development :

• Client development and management, including successful relationships, financial accounting, and responsiveness.
• Develops proposals, scopes, fees, and tracking performance
• Development and maintenance of relationships with City departments.
• Presentations at hearings, Commissions, and Council meetings.
• Leadership and management of engineers and technicians.
• Technical supervision and design capabilities in the areas of pavement, utilities, grading, site elements, and drainage.
• Familiarity with local zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, and other design criteria.
• Manage demands of in-house and external surveying support.
• Community involvement including active participation and seeking leadership roles in civic, technical, and professional organizations.
• Project types to include :

Site Design for Office, Retail, Industrial, and Institutional Buildings

Requirements of the Civil PE / Project Manager Site Development :

Experience with entitlements such as Platting, Zoning, and Municipal Permitting
