Contract : 5 weeks

Shift : 8 Hour. Evening (2 : 45 PM - 11 : 15 PM) (Every Other Weekend Required)

Guaranteed Hours : 40 Hour / Week.

Pay Rate : $1600 / Week.

Start : ASAP

Requirements :

• Must be LPN licensed in State / or Compact License (Multi-States License)
• BLS / CPR Required
• Covid Card Preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in long term care, sub-acute care, rehabilitation in-patient facility.
