A company is looking for a Telehealth Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

Provide telephonic patient care and support for medication adherence and disease state training

Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care plans for patients with multiple disease states

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient experience and continuity of care

Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse with an unrestricted current compact license in Texas or Arizona

Ability to be licensed in multiple states based on business needs

3+ years of clinical RN experience

Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

RN Diploma, Associates, or Bachelors in Nursing
