We are a loving family residing in Olney, Maryland, seeking a dedicated part-time nanny to care for our 10 year old child. He is on autism spectrum. We need someone who can live out and provide a nurturing and engaging environment for a special needs child with some challenging behaviors.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and possess a passion for education and play. Responsibilities will include supervising homework, organizing activities, and ensuring a safe environment. We value creativity, patience, and good communication skills.

Our offer is $30 per hour ( willing to go higher if the person has AbA or special needs experience) and we are looking for someone who can commit to a flexible schedule that works for both parties.
