Job Details
Comp : Associates are 1900 billable hours and get $15K upon hitting the minimum. Billable hours above 1900 are paid out at $50 / hour and above 2000 hours are paid out at $75 / hour. This doesn’t apply to senior counsel or partners. Partners are usually 1800 billable hours but it depends on the agreement. Bonuses might be built in quarterly based on hours. They are paid monthly draws and receive a K1 for the year. Flexible options to discuss
