Sanitation Associate
Under minimal supervision, a Sanitation associate in warehouse operations is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure a clean and properly sanitized work environment for Inmar employees and any visitor to the assigned facility. Primary Accountabilities include :
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them; periodically strip, seal, refinish and / or polish floors.
- Gather and remove all trash from workspaces
- Service, clean, and supply restrooms
- Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications
- Clean laboratory equipment, such as glassware and metal instruments, using solvents, brushes, rags, and power cleaning equipment
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
- Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or maintenance to building operating systems
- Perform other duties as assigned

The hiring pay rate for this position is $14.40 per hour. Incremental pay increase are provided at 3 months and 12 months of employment. This is a non-exempt, hourly role eligible for overtime in accordance with federal and state laws. In addition to base hourly pay, eligible employees in this role may receive :
