We are a fast-growing company seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to join our dynamic team. You will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Business Administration and play a crucial role in supporting various business operations, including payroll building, HR procedures, and managing virtual assistants.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion, ensuring they meet deadlines and objectives.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to equip team members with the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and President to understand their strategic vision and ensure projects align with company goals.
• Adapt quickly to new software and technologies to remain proficient in an evolving work environment.
• Manage and coordinate the activities of virtual assistants, delegating tasks and monitoring performance.
• Provide support for payroll building, HR procedures, and process engineering, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Demonstrate strong Excel skills to analyze data, create reports, and support decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple priorities.
