Ophthalmic Technician

TEC is a short-28-minute (against traffic) drive south of downtown Dallas. We are looking for an experienced Ophthalmic Technician to support our surgeons and provide an exceptional patient experience .

The ideal candidate should have some experience as an Ophthalmic Technician and must be able to accurately perform or want to learn the following duties : refraction , patient work-up, document medical history, tonometry. Must also be able to perform visual fields, OCT scans and corneal topography.

Candidates must be punctual, kind, dependable, curious and willing to learn.

• Ideal candidate will want to learn and grow.
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
• Previous job stability a plus.
• Background checks and drug testing will be performed.

Compensation : $15-25 / hr pending experience
