Work Schedule : Flexible working hours from 7 : 30a to 6 : 30p

Assessments : Portfolio submission required.

Position Summary

The Product Designer leads projects end to end by identifying product challenges, driving cross-functional collaboration, and defining and creating solutions. This role owns the full design lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, iterating solutions based on user feedback and business goals.

Essential Functions

• Own the full design process - from identifying product challenges to creating wireframes, prototypes, testing, and iterating on solutions.
• Conduct research and stakeholder interviews to uncover insights, collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, and help shape product roadmaps and priorities.
• Design and deliver solutions through mockups, user flows, prototypes, and high-quality visuals.
• Leverage data and metrics to inform design decisions, validate outcomes, and uncover patterns.
• Maintain consistency and elevate quality by building and evolving the design system, applying strong visual design skills and established interaction patterns, and aligning with fellow designers and the Product Director.

What's in it for you Package

This role will have a base pay range of $85,450.00-$117,180.00 . Please know, this is the base range only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for this role. This position is also eligible for annual performance bonus based on company and individual goals.
