We are looking for a highly skilled AI and Data Management Specialist to lead the development, implementation, and governance of artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and enterprise data strategies. This role will support mission-critical initiatives by designing intelligent data systems, managing large datasets, and delivering AI-enabled insights for decision support.

The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in AI / ML with deep knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and federal data strategy frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning

• Develop and implement AI / ML models and algorithms to solve business and mission challenges.
• Collaborate with data engineers and scientists to optimize model performance and accuracy.
• Monitor AI / ML pipelines and ensure models are explainable, secure, and compliant with ethical and regulatory standards.
