You will build and lead a high‑performing global organization, standardize delivery methodologies and packaged offerings, and drive cross‑functional alignment with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Product, and Finance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive forecasting and capacity planning (hiring, subcontractors, partners), optimizing utilization, realization, attach rate, rates, and delivery mix across regions and segments.
  • Partner with Sales and Solutions Engineering on scoping, SOWs, pricing, and deal reviews; improve win rates and deal quality while reducing delivery risk (fixed‑fee and T&M).
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, and Product to ensure seamless handoffs, measurable adoption, and scale‑out from pilot to multi‑site / global rollout.
  • Build and manage a partner ecosystem (industrial SIs, EPCs, OT vendors, regional specialists); define enablement, certifications, QA, and a blended delivery model.
  • Implement and mature PS tooling and analytics (PSA, CRM, project accounting) for visibility into pipeline, backlog, profitability, resourcing, delivery health, and outcomes.
  • Define and enforce delivery governance (executive steering, change control, risk / issue management, escalation handling, lessons learned), with attention to safety and operational continuity.
  • Launch continuous improvement and automation (templates, accelerators, validated integrations, migration / upgrade playbooks) to improve speed, quality, and margin.
  • Serve as executive sponsor for strategic accounts; represent Services in key customer meetings, steering committees, and executive QBRs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Professional Services or Consulting for enterprise SaaS or industrial software.
  • 5+ years leading multi‑region / global delivery teams.
  • Proven ownership of a Services Division with consistent achievement of revenue, margin, utilization, and delivery KPIs.
  • Deep experience designing delivery methodologies, standard packages, and governance for complex, multi‑workstream programs in process manufacturing environments.
  • Strong familiarity with process / OT data and control layers : data historians, DCS / SCADA, MES / LIMS, batch records.
  • Expertise in scoping / SOWs, pricing, change control, and project accounting for greenfield and brownfield plants across on‑prem, hybrid (including air‑gapped), and cloud deployments.
  • Operational rigor with PSA / CRM and project accounting tools; data‑driven approach to resourcing, pricing, and portfolio management.
  • Strong cross‑functional leadership with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Product, and Finance; executive presence with operations, engineering, IT / OT security, and quality / compliance stakeholders.
  • Exceptional people leadership : recruiting, coaching, succession planning, and building inclusive, high‑performance teams across time zones in a global capacity.
  • Ability to travel 25–40% globally for customer engagements, partner enablement, and team leadership.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands‑on familiarity with common industrial platforms (historians, MES, advanced analytics / ML) and integration with ERP / CMMS / QMS.
  • Experience scaling partner‑led delivery and certification programs with industrial SIs / EPCs / OT vendors.
  • Domain breadth across upstream / midstream / downstream O&G, commodity / specialty Chemicals, and Pharma / biotech.
