Position : Graphic Designer
Location : Hybrid- Monday / Tuesday / Thursday onsite in Pittsburgh
Working Hours : 9-5
PR : $25-30 / hr
Duration : 3-6 months
Must Haves :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of design experience in a corporate or agency setting
- Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint, including slide layout, master template management, animations, and data visualization
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Agency experience preferred
- Self motivated

The Communication Designer supports the Visual Design and Creative Experience teams by turning complex ideas into clear, compelling, and visually engaging communications. This role specializes in presentation design and visual storytelling, with expert-level PowerPoint skills and a solid understanding of print and digital production workflows.
Design and build high-impact presentations in PowerPoint, applying advanced layout, animation, and storytelling techniquesTranslate strategic and technical information into clear visual narratives through infographics, iconography, and data visualizationMaintain brand integrity and visual consistency across all deliverables, adhering to established design systems and templatesDevelop and refine creative assets for internal and external use—such as presentations, signage, print collateral, and digital marketing materialsPrepare production-ready files for print and digital outputs, ensuring color accuracy, layout precision, and technical complianceCollaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, communications, marketing) to align design direction with strategic objectivesManage multiple fast-turn projects while maintaining accuracy, visual quality, and attention to detailCompensation :
$25 / hr to $30 / hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
