Nature and Scope

The Perioperative Nurse is directly or indirectly responsible for delivering total nursing care to the perioperative patient during various phases of the perioperative phase. Perioperative nurses use a comprehensive multidisciplinary approach to patient care assisting surgeons and surgical teams to care for a patient before during and after surgery (surgical procedures). Assists with orientation and training of new personnel and acts as a resource person for problems related to patient care.

Compensation

Compensation Philosophy :

• We have 13 pay increments on our clinical pay scales to compensate successful candidate for 30 years of relevant experience
