As a Security Officer - Dispatch Financial Site in Mount Juliet, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in supporting security-related operations within a financial institution environment. Your responsibilities will include monitoring activity, coordinating responses, and communicating vital information to on-site teams. You will help to deter incidents by maintaining a strong presence and delivering exceptional customer service. What You'll Do :

Monitor and coordinate communication between personnel, visitors, and emergency responders at the location through dispatch operations.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Assist in implementing security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.

Maintain detailed logs and records of all calls, incidents, and security-related activities as part of dispatch duties.

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by addressing inquiries and coordinating assistance as needed.

Support regular and random patrols by communicating with security personnel and relaying important information regarding the business and perimeter.

Minimum Requirements :

CPR certification is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR and / or First Aid is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
