REQUIREMENTS
A Mechanical Engineering associate / patent attorney with patent prosecution experience. This position is ideal for those individuals who have attained a high level of academic and professional achievement and wish to take a partnership OR non-partnership path as they further their careers with a collaborative team in a forward-thinking law firm.
Qualifications include :
- The candidate must have an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering;
- Patent drafting, international patent prosecution, and IP due diligence
- Interested candidates must be registered to practice before the USPTO;
- This candidate must have proven law firm experience;
- Excellent drafting and research skills; and
- A strong academic record.
Additional Experience Desired :
Experience working with medical devices and industrial systems preferred.
