The Practice Manager will be responsible for launching and overseeing day-to-day operations of Knownwell's Sandy Springs clinic. This person will help build a high-functioning care team, drive clinic performance, and create an exceptional patient experience from day one. We're looking for a buildersomeone who can help stand up the clinic, roll up their sleeves, and grow a new market with passion, precision, and heart.

This role reports directly to the Head of Practice Operations.
As a Practice Manager at Knownwell, your role will likely include the following :
Clinic Launch & Leadership : Lead the successful launch of the Atlanta clinic, including site preparation, staff onboarding, and workflow implementation.
Team Management : Hire, manage, and mentor a team of front office and clinical support staff. Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and compassionate care.
Patient Experience : Ensure every patient receives a welcoming, inclusive, and high-quality care experience aligned with Knownwell's mission.
Operational Efficiency : Build, refine, and optimize clinic workflows to improve staff productivity, clinician efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
Financial Management : Partner with the Head of Practice Operations and Finance team to manage the clinic P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
Compliance & Policy : Ensure full compliance with internal policies, HIPAA, and all federal, state, and local regulations.
Growth & Community Engagement : Collaborate with Marketing and Patient Access teams to drive volume, connect with the local community, and grow the patient base.
Technology & Tools : Support adoption of systems and tools (EHR, scheduling, billing) to enable high-quality and efficient care delivery.
Performance Monitoring : Track and report on KPIs, identifying risks and improvement opportunities early.
Support Clinical Team : Flexibly support Medical Assistant and administrative workflows as needed, especially during early clinic operations.
