Affiliate Marketing Associate

We are hiring Affiliate Marketing Associates to support and grow our TikTok Shop affiliate program. In this role, you will focus on building and managing a portfolio of TikTok creators, developing strong relationships, and helping them succeed with campaigns and product promotions. You will serve as the main point of contact for your creator portfolio, ensuring they stay engaged, supported, and aligned with brand initiatives. This is a creator-facing role that blends outreach, relationship management, and performance support.

Responsibilities :

• Affiliate Portfolio Development
• Recruit, onboard, and manage a portfolio of TikTok creators in our affiliate program.
• Provide affiliates with creative assets, campaign details, and product education.
• Manage affiliates for your designated accounts, such as Neocell Collagen, Natural Vitality CALM, Rainbow Light, or MaxCalm, with visibility into additional brands in our portfolio
• Relationship Management
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with creators, ensuring consistent communication and support.
• Act as the primary contact for your creator portfolio, delivering updates, campaign resources, and feedback.
• Performance Optimization
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance using dashboards and Excel.
• Share insights and recommendations to help creators improve content and drive sales.
• Partnership Coordination
• Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns, promotions, and featured product pushes.
• Ensure affiliates receive the right assets and messaging to support brand consistency.
• Communications & Reporting
• Develop affiliate-facing communication to guide and motivate creators.
• Track performance, report results through Excel, and stay informed on TikTok trends and best practices.
• Additional duties as assigned
