We have two agency locations in the Philadelphia suburbs (19053 and 19002) and are hiring for both!

Are you a competitive, sales-driven professional who thrives on building client relationships while also delivering reliable service? The Eldion Pajollari Agency is seeking an Insurance & Financial Services Representative who can balance proactive sales with dependable client support to help grow our agency.

This is a fully licensed role (Property & Casualty and Life & Health). If you are not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain your licenses with our full support.

Role Description

As an Insurance & Financial Services Representative, youll play a critical role in driving our agencys success. You will foster long-term customer relationships, consult with clients on their insurance and financial needs, and act as a trusted advisor. Your ability to connect with people, identify opportunities, and provide tailored solutions will directly contribute to our clients financial security and our agencys growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Growth Proactively market, cross-sell, and close insurance and financial service products to meet agency goals.
• Consult with Clients Provide comprehensive financial planning, retirement strategies, and insurance coverage recommendations.
• Support Financial Security Assist clients with retirement planning, investment management, and protection strategies.
• Deliver Service Excellence Provide timely responses to inquiries and ensure client satisfaction through dependable service.
• Stay Current Keep up with market trends, product updates, and industry changes to best serve clients.

Qualifications

• Sales-dominant mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed performance goals.
• 3+ years of experience in insurance and / or financial services preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust.
• Bilingual skills (Russian or Ukrainian, in addition to English) are a bonus.
• Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health (or willingness to obtain with agency support).
