Legal Receptionist – Be the Face of a Prestigious West Knoxville Law Firm!

Green Meadows Partners is proud to assist in recruiting a Legal Receptionist for one of West Knoxville’s most respected and established law firms. This role is so much more than answering phones— you’ll be the first impression, the welcoming face, and the calm at the center of the storm.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Front Desk Leadership : Greet clients, answer phones, manage deliveries, and keep the front office operating seamlessly.
  • Reception & Scheduling : Review calendars daily by 7 : 45 AM, know who's coming in, and prepare to warmly welcome each guest—whether it's a high-profile client or someone just needing guidance.
  • Client Experience : Make everyone feel at home—create a calm, friendly, and professional environment from the moment they walk through the door.
  • Support the Team : Assist attorneys, paralegals, and staff with errands, tasks, and day-to-day needs. Your willingness to help is key to the firm's success!
  • Runner Oversight : Coordinate two legal runners—ensure they’re on task, on time, and keeping the office presentable and professional.
  • Office Ambassadorship : Think of yourself as the “Director of First Impressions.” You represent the firm’s image with every smile, handshake, and conversation.

What We're Looking For :

  • A natural communicator who enjoys working with people and making them feel comfortable.
  • Highly organized and punctual—you’ll start your day by 7 : 45 AM reviewing schedules and prepping the office.
  • Confident and professional demeanor, able to interact with a wide range of personalities and client types.
  • A true team player—ready to pitch in wherever needed with a can-do attitude.
  • Experience in a legal or professional services environment a plus, but not required.
