The Senior Director – Sherwood Oaks is responsible for the overall strategic and operational leadership of the Life Plan Community ensuring excellence in resident care, regulatory compliance, team member engagement, and financial stewardship.  This position oversees all aspects of the community’s independent living, personal care, and skilled nursing services under the general supervision of the Vice President of Retirement Services and according to the mission, values, and policies of Presbyterian SeniorCare Network. The Senior Director must provide overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of all departments at Sherwood Oaks and carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all policies and applicable laws. The incumbent must actively embrace and support the mission and vision of the organization and will participate in a professional manner as a member of the Executive Staff to accomplish the goals and priorities of the Presbyterian SeniorCare Network strategic plan. Through a respectful, constructive, and energetic leadership style, the role provides the leadership, management, and the vision necessary to ensure the strategic direction of the community and the achievement of operational excellence.
