Your Mission

As a Mechanical Assembly Specialist, you’ll transform drawings into finished, high-quality assemblies for compressed air systems—verifying every fit, fastening, and function. You’ll uphold safety and quality standards while adapting to changing priorities and supporting teammates across the line.

Where and When

Site : 1302 Goshen Pkwy, West Chester, PA 19380

Shift : 1st Shift, 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM

Pay : $20–$22 per hour, experience-based

How You’ll Contribute

  • Assemble parts / subassemblies on progressive lines per standard work and method sheets.
  • Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics to determine dimensions, design, and materials.
  • Operate pneumatic and hand tools; use measurement tools to validate tolerances.
  • Identify defects / unsafe conditions; maintain a safe, orderly work area.
  • Load / unload materials; operate forklifts and hoists safely.
  • Inspect / maintain tools and equipment; create work orders for repairs as needed.
  • Manage supplies : check stock, anticipate needs, place / expedite orders, verify receipts.
  • Fasten components, confirm connections and overall fit; perform housekeeping.
  • Execute varied tasks such as brazing, soldering, machine / press operation, hanging / unhanging parts, and conducting quality checks / tests.
  • Support teammates, suggest process improvements, and handle other duties as assigned.

What You Need

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1+ year of manufacturing experience with blueprint reading proficiency.
  • Manual dexterity and the ability to follow manuals, drawings, and schematics with accuracy.

  • Willingness to learn equipment operations (power tools, forklifts, skyjacks, cranes, measuring devices).

  • Comfortable with standard work instructions; team-focused in a manufacturing setting.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, effective in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
  • Preferred Background

  • 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
  • Hands-on experience with wrenches, sockets, hammers, tape measures, crimpers, cutters, and steel banding.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude; familiarity with power tools.
  • Working knowledge of computer systems.
  • Work Setting

    On-site role in West Chester, PA; no travel is required.
