Marco’s Pizza is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team and drive the overall success of the restaurant. As the General Manager, you will have full responsibility for managing daily operations, overseeing all staff, and ensuring that our restaurant consistently delivers top-quality food and exceptional service. Primary Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily store operations, including supervision of team members, managing guest orders, ensuring timely food preparation and delivery, and maintaining cleanliness and equipment.
- Lead by example, maintaining high standards of customer service, team collaboration, and operational efficiency.
- Effectively implement, maintain, and adjust processes and procedures to ensure adherence to Marco’s 10 Operating Systems and uphold operational excellence.
- Regularly monitor operational systems and procedures, making necessary adjustments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Ensure that food safety practices comply with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Enforce proper sanitation and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment for staff and customers.
- Establish weekly sales goals and targets for service times and guest experience, striving to meet and exceed these goals.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators to optimize service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Attend and actively participate in weekly meetings with ownership, providing updates on store performance, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
- Maintain accurate data in all corporate systems, including POS and Marco’s University.
- Lead recruitment efforts, ensuring the successful selection of qualified candidates who are the best fit for the store’s needs and culture.
- Train and coach team members on all Marco's procedures, focusing on product quality, efficiency, and delivering a 5-Star Guest experience.
- Develop and grow team members by offering mentorship, feedback, and career development opportunities.
- Foster a positive and supportive team culture, acting as a role model for Marco’s core values and cultural beliefs.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment by promoting Marco’s cultural beliefs, ensuring all team members feel valued, appreciated, and motivated to succeed.
