Title : Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Location : Lebanon, PA
Duration : 13 weeks
Shift : Night Shift - 3x12 (18 : 00-06 : 00)
Job Responsibilities :
Provide respiratory care for adult patients, including those in critical care and emergency settings.Perform airway management tasks such as suctioning, tracheostomy care, extubation, and assisting with intubations.Administer oxygen therapy using modalities such as HFNC, bag-mask ventilation, T-piece, trach collar, CPAP, and BiPAP.Assist with ventilator management, troubleshooting alarms, and supporting ventilator weaning.Deliver nebulizer treatments (hand-held, T-piece, trach collar) and collect sputum specimens.Document care accurately in the charting system; EPIC experience required.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including Respiratory Services and Rapid Response Teams.Provide care for COVID-positive patients as needed.Work every other weekend and two of the three major holidays.Required Skills & Experience :
Minimum 2 years of recent respiratory therapy experience.Strong clinical skills in adult acute care, airway management, and mechanical ventilation.Ability to function independently on night shift with high-acuity patient populations.Experience in emergency and critical care settings required.Must adhere to tobacco-free and fragrance-free facility policies.Required Certifications & Licensure :
