A company is looking for a Contracts Administrator to manage contract reviews and liaise between Sales and Legal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Review contracts and payment schedules for accuracy against internal bids
Prepare and submit documents to the Legal department for review and execution
Maintain records of subcontractor insurance and assist with reporting during month-end processes
Required Qualifications
Two-year certificate from a college or technical school in a business-related field
Construction experience is preferred
Strong technology skills, particularly with MS Office Suite
High level of organizational and time management skills
Ability to interpret and act on standard financial documentation
