Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Procurement Specialist to support cost-saving initiatives through product research and vendor engagement. This role involves identifying approximately 1,000 parts, researching alternatives, and sourcing comparable products to reduce expenses.

Key Responsibilities :

• Research and identify cost-effective alternatives for a large inventory of parts
• Source and evaluate vendors locally and nationally
• Request and compare pricing from multiple suppliers
• Investigate promotional offers, discounts, and bulk deals
• Collaborate with management and office staff to finalize pricing decisions
• Assist with entering new products into the system with team support
• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the procurement process

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $25.50 - $25.50 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
