Integrated Air & Missile Defense Systems (IAMDS) department is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer with technical expertise and systems engineering skills to design and support System of Systems (SoS) in an agile, model-based development environment. IAMDS leads all aspects of Systems Engineering that drive the development of complex systems to support the Raytheon Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) mission area from our Tewksbury, MA location. The IAMDS department supports Raytheon by cultivating a world-class group of systems thinkers who work together as a team to architect technical solutions to some of the world's toughest challenges.

This position is onsite in Tewksbury, MA

What You will Do :

• You will be responsible for concept and requirements development, including decomposition and flow-down
• You will be responsible for developing and maintaining system design and requirements documents including
• Concept of Operations (CONOPS)
• System / Subsystem Design Documents (SSDD)
• System / Software Requirements (SRD / SRS)
• Interface Control Documents (ICDs)
• Communicate with cross-discipline engineering teams to coordinate system design plans and software / hardware / network requirements
• Provide Engineering sustainment support to fielded tactical C5I systems
• Manage technical risks by evaluating design options

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
