Position : Maintenance Tech

Location : Tampa, FL

Pay : $22 to $23 / hour (Depending on experience)

Type : Full-time; Temporary

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

HH Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Tech to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description :

• Perform general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Troubleshoot HVAC issues (EPA certification is a plus)
• Respond to work orders and complete unit turns (make-readies)
• Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies
