Job Title : IT Specialist

Duration : 06 Months

Start Date : ASAP

Location : Richmond, VA 23225 (Onsite)

Local to Virginia candidate only

Required Skills :

Microsoft 365 (5 Years)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills and detail oriented (5 Years)

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills (5 Years)

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. (5 Years)

Experience Utilizing ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or equivalent) to track and document support requests. (5 Years)

Commitment to delivering high quality end user support and customer service (5 Years)

Experience in a help desk or technical support role. (5 Years)

Knowledge of IT systems (5 Years)

Preferred SKills :

Knowledge of print services environment (2 Years)
