Connect Staffing está buscando un Sanitizador de Producción de Alimentos con experiencia para trabajar en una panadería industrial ubicada en Los Alamitos, CA , dedicada a la elaboración de galletas y barras.

Horario : 5 a 6 días por semana, de lunes a domingo.

Los horarios de entrada varían según el turno :

  • Turno 1 : Entre las 2 : 00 a.m. y las 7 : 00 a.m.
  • Turno 2 : Entre las 2 : 00 p.m. y las 7 : 00 p.m.
  • Los turnos pueden durar de 8 a 12 horas por día.

Requisitos para el puesto de Sanitizador de Producción de Alimentos :

  • Mínimo 6 meses de experiencia en saneamiento dentro de una planta de producción de alimentos.
  • Debe poder comunicarse eficazmente en español (requerido).
  • Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 libras (23 kg) de manera segura y realizar trabajo físico rápido.
  • Comodidad trabajando con productos químicos de limpieza y mangueras de alta presión.
  • Uso obligatorio de equipo de protección personal (PPE), proporcionado en el sitio.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar horas flexibles y fines de semana según las necesidades de producción.
  • Experiencia previa en puestos comoSanitizador de Fábrica, Limpiador Industrial, Operario de Limpieza en Panadería, o Técnico de Saneamiento de Planta de Alimentoses una ventaja.

    • Responsabilidades del Sanitizador de Producción de Alimentos :

  • Limpiar y desinfectar equipos de producción, pisos y áreas de trabajo según los estándares de seguridad alimentaria.
  • Desarmar, lavar y volver a ensamblar maquinaria para asegurar una limpieza completa.
  • Manejar y aplicar productos químicos de limpieza y desinfección de manera segura y eficaz.
  • Cumplir con las normas de Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (GMP) y procedimientos de seguridad.
  • Apoyar en los cambios de producción y limpiezas profundas programadas.
  • Trabajar en un ambiente cálido, húmedo y de ritmo rápido.

    MINIMUM 6 MONTHS OF RECENT FOOD PRODUCTION SANITATION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

    Connect Staffing is seeking an experiencedFood Production Sanitor to fill an opening at an industrial bakery in Los Alamitos, CA , specializing in cookies and bars.

    Schedule : 5 to 6 days per week, Monday through Sunday.

    Start times vary depending on shift :

  • 1st Shift : Between 2 : 00 a.m. and 7 : 00 a.m.
  • 2nd Shift : Between 2 : 00 p.m. and 7 : 00 p.m.
  • Shifts may range from 8 to 12 hours per day.

    • Requirements for Food Production Sanitor :

  • Minimum 6 months of sanitation experience in a food production environment.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in Spanish (required).
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. and perform rapid, physical work.
  • Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and high-pressure hoses.
  • Must wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) provided on-site.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends as production demands.
  • Prior experience in roles such asFood Sanitation Worker, Industrial Cleaner, Bakery Sanitor, Production Janitor, or Food Plant Sanitation Technicianis a plus.

    • Responsibilities of the Food Production Sanitor :

  • Clean and sanitize production equipment, floors, and work areas according to food safety standards.
  • Dismantle, wash, and reassemble machinery to ensure thorough sanitation.
  • Handle and apply cleaning and sanitizing agents safely and effectively.
  • Maintain compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety procedures.
  • Support production changeovers and deep-cleaning activities as scheduled.
  • Work in a fast-paced, warm, and occasionally wet environment.
