We are looking for a Service to Sales Consultant to join the team. The Service to Sales Consultant is responsible for identifying and engaging current service and lease customers who may be eligible to upgrade into a new vehicle. This role acts as a bridge between the service drive and sales department, focusing on guest experience, retention, and generating new vehicle opportunities and vehicle acquisitions through data-driven outreach.

Qualifications

Pay : $59,000 - $88,000 / year is the expected total annual earnings after factoring in all forms of compensation including hourly pay, bonuses, overtime, benefits (vacation and sick) etc. The hourly rate for this position is minimum wage. Bonuses range from $24,000 - $54,000 per year based on performance.
