CrowdStrike is seeking a Manager of SMB Sales to lead, coach, and mentor a team of talented SMB Account Executives who focus on new logo acquisition. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with several cross-functional teams to strategically grow the business and team with a mission to stop breaches.

This is a remote role being in the office one day a week for team building, unity, and collaboration.

What You'll Do :

• Frontline manager for a team of 8 SMB Account Executives
• Coach reps on sales strategies, technique, and best practices
• Forecast accurately to management using SFDC and Clari
• Work with internal teams to grow the team's pipeline and increase close rates
• Recruit and train new SMB Account Executives
• Meet with customers and prospects to understand their security needs and how CrowdStrike may be able to stop them from being breached
