About The Position
We are seeking an Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner for a 60-day locum tenens assignment in California starting Nov 17, 2025. This role offers a full-time Monday through Friday clinic schedule with weekend call coverage. You will provide care for a broad range of orthopedic cases, with a focus on sports medicine, total joints, trauma, and fracture management. Experience in sports medicine or rural health is highly valued.

Responsibilities and Duties
Evaluate and manage patients with orthopedic complaints, including sports injuries, total joint issues, trauma, fracture care, and non-operative spine conditionsProvide support for both elective sports medicine and total joint surgeries, as well as trauma casesParticipate in weekend call coverage as scheduledCollaborate with physicians and other clinicians to deliver comprehensive orthopedic careDocument clinical activities using the Cerner EMR systemAdditional Information
