Provide customer service to persons served, including : scheduling / rescheduling appointments, responding to inquiries, translations and liaising between staff members and addressing issues as they ariseScanning documents into the electronic health record, as assignedProviding educational consultation to interested individuals servedEscorting persons served to and from waiting roomAssist with Prior AuthorizationsManaging referral leadsMonthly reporting of statistical dataBuilding and maintain community relationships with referral sources and NeuroStar TMS coordinatorDelivering TMS therapy to individuals served (on-site training provided)Clerical duties such as, phone calls, faxing, photocopying or transcribingCommunicate any facility, medical team or other operational issue to the Floor Supervisor, Practice Manger or other member of the Clinic Management TeamReview and respond to voicemails and emails within two (2) business daysProvide a safe and therapeutic environment for daily treatment sessionsPerform other related duties, as assignedTravel, as neededAdministrative Responsibilities / Record Keeping :
Adhere to program and agency policies and proceduresEnsure that required documentation is completed professionally and accurately and filed in the electronic health record in a timely mannerAttend scheduled supervisory meetingsComplete time sheets and submits them accurately and in a timely mannerMaintain job related record keeping accurately and submit reports in a timely mannerMinimum Qualifications :
