  • Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to persons served, including : scheduling / rescheduling appointments, responding to inquiries, translations and liaising between staff members and addressing issues as they arise
  • Scanning documents into the electronic health record, as assigned
  • Providing educational consultation to interested individuals served
  • Escorting persons served to and from waiting room
  • Assist with Prior Authorizations
  • Managing referral leads
  • Monthly reporting of statistical data
  • Building and maintain community relationships with referral sources and NeuroStar TMS coordinator
  • Delivering TMS therapy to individuals served (on-site training provided)
  • Clerical duties such as, phone calls, faxing, photocopying or transcribing
  • Communicate any facility, medical team or other operational issue to the Floor Supervisor, Practice Manger or other member of the Clinic Management Team
  • Review and respond to voicemails and emails within two (2) business days
  • Provide a safe and therapeutic environment for daily treatment sessions
  • Perform other related duties, as assigned
  • Travel, as needed
  • Administrative Responsibilities / Record Keeping :

  • Adhere to program and agency policies and procedures
  • Ensure that required documentation is completed professionally and accurately and filed in the electronic health record in a timely manner
  • Attend scheduled supervisory meetings
  • Complete time sheets and submits them accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintain job related record keeping accurately and submit reports in a timely manner
  • Minimum Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Medical Assistant Certification / Health Care Clinical Professional preferred or two or more years of related experience
  • Knowledge of office practices and professional environment
  • Basic knowledge of scheduling
  • Understanding of the population and information sensitivity
