2026 Internship - Facilities Coordinator

The Facilities Coordinator Intern will work closely with the Facilities team in a variety of activities necessary to manage and maintain buildings / infrastructure, leased properties, vehicle fleets, capital equipment, office space, and utilities / energy.

Job Responsibilities :

• Coordinate small project facility renovations & repairs. Develop and provide associated project budgets, project schedules, and project status.
• Assist with administration of company fleet vehicle program.
• Assist with processing purchase orders and payments in support of facilities projects, office space relocations, lease payments, and other projects as needed.
• Support energy conservation projects and efforts.
• Organize and maintain departments central Facility files and information.
• Create, maintain, and update departmental procedures and standard work documentation.
• Take on project management responsibility or administrative functions within the organization as assigned and performs other work involving Support Services administration as needed.

Qualifications :

Education / Experience : Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or other related field.

Qualifications :

Applicants must be authorized to work lawfully in the U.S. for Textron Aviation at the time of making application, and visa sponsorship is not available for this position, including for F-1 students and J-1 exchange visitors who will need employment sponsorship.

Summer internships are 40 hours per week typically from late-May to early-August lasting 10 weeks. Candidates must be able to work onsite for the entirety of the internship program unless approved otherwise by the hiring manager.
