This opportunity is designed for a leader who enjoys coaching, accountability, and guiding agents toward consistent production while earning rewarding commissions and building personal leverage through leadership.

You’ll step into a structured environment with motivated agents already enrolled in our coaching program and ready for your guidance. As a Real Estate Productivity Coach, you’ll lead agents through lead generation strategies, client communication, and contract execution while holding them accountable to results. At the same time, you’ll use our systems and tools to grow your own career, expand your influence, and develop long-term opportunities within Keller Williams.

First-year earning potential when hitting goals : $160,000+.

Productivity Coaches at KW OC Luxury are empowered to operate at a higher level, combining leadership, mentorship, and personal production. With proven systems, direct leadership support, and access to MAPS Coach development pathways, this position provides a clear opportunity for growth, income, and impact.
