- About the Role We’re seeking a skilled Physical Therapist with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In this role, you'll work within a collaborative, supportive environment using advanced technology and equipment to design customized treatment plans for patients with a variety of physical conditions.
- You’ll conduct evaluations, lead therapeutic interventions, educate patients on ongoing care techniques, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, high-quality care.

Job Responsibilities Perform evaluations and examinations for new patients Diagnose and assess physical limitations Develop individualized treatment plans with defined goals and timelines Prescribe, teach, and guide patients through PT techniques and exercises Track and document patient progress Educate patients on techniques for continued care at home Job Requirements Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT) Current Colorado PT license Exceptional communication skills to support high-quality patient care and a positive team environment Ability to work efficiently and independently within a small, supportive team Self-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable New graduates encouraged to apply!
