Key Responsibilities
Analyze calls, emails, social media posts, and SMS contacts to ensure quality standards are met
Monitor agents' interactions in real time or retrospectively to ensure proper workflow
Provide feedback and recommendations based on quality assessments and customer satisfaction data
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
Experience in providing constructive feedback to agents
Strong decision-making skills
Ability to work independently
