Position : Cleaning Technician (Evening Hours) - Part Time / Non-Exempt

Department : Facility Operations

Reports to : Senior Director, Facility Operations

Location : Arizona Cardinals (Tempe, AZ)

Format : In-person

Schedule : Depending on the time of year, the shift hours for this role will vary between 5pm and 2 : 30am and will include both weekdays and weekends (including holidays).

Job Summary : The Cleaning Technician is responsible for consistently ensuring the Business Office in Tempe, AZ looks professional, clean, presentable, and inviting; especially during routine cleaning and maintenance activities. This position is responsible for the cleaning, disinfecting, detailing, and maintenance functions of the building.

Primary Job Duties :

• Trash and waste disposal and re-line trash bins as needed.
• Clean interior and exterior building entrance areas.
• Dust and wipe railings, door handles, tables, furniture, partitions, walls, etc.
• Clean glass cases, mirrors, and windows.
• Disinfect all touch points throughout the facility.
• Vacuum, clean, shampoo carpeted areas.
• Sweep and mop hard surface flooring.
• Clean and vacuum elevator and tracks.
• Replenish bathroom supplies such as toilet tissue, seat covers, paper towels, soap, hand sanitizer, etc.
• Polish chrome and stainless-steel fixtures and touch points.
• Deep clean bathrooms, caf, and other public areas.
• Maintain equipment and storage areas in good working conditions.
• Respond to spills or other hazards that may cause injuries to people or property.
• Additional duties or projects as assigned.
