As a Press Brake Operator, you will play a critical role in serving the commercial, agricultural, and defense industries for a custom fabricator of metal solutions. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity that, with good attendance and a great work ethic, can lead to a long and rewarding career with numerous opportunities for advancement.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position, which is $15.00 - $25.00 per hour, not including benefits, potential bonuses, or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
