Overview :
Phaxis is seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional with strong skills in supporting students.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide direct support to adolescents with academic challenges.
- Implement individualized strategies, including visual supports and behavior plans.
- Collect and maintain accurate data on student progress and behaviors.
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and administrators to ensure consistency in interventions.
