Responsibilities Work in the Labor and Delivery unit of a hospital setting Patient ratio of 1 : 3 Floating within scope to mother / baby and stable post-partum couplet care may be required Orientation shifts available for both home unit and float departments Shifts available are either nights (3x12 hours, 19 : 00–7 : 30) or days (3x12 hours, 7 : 00–19 : 30) Uses Epic EMR; Epic experience strongly preferred, but not required Responsibilities include providing care in the Labor and Delivery and mother / baby units Team members may float within their scope to meet facility needs All modules must be completed during orientation and annually No more than 7 total days of requested time off are allowed during the assignment Scrubs or clinical-appropriate attire required per hospital policy Requirements Active OR RN license required; pending license considered on a case-by-case basis Current BLS and NRP certifications required PALS certification preferred Minimum two years of recent Labor and Delivery RN experience required Epic charting experience strongly preferred Applicants must live at least 75 miles from the facility First-time travelers are not accepted Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-620838.
