Regional Business Development (West Coast)

At Skidabrader, we utilize our world-class, proprietary pavement texturing equipment to improve the safety and skid resistance of North America's highways, bridges, and airport runways. We are currently looking for Regional Business Development Managers based in Ft. Worth, TX (serving Texas and surrounding states) and California (covering the West Coast), with the ability to travel throughout their assigned territory.

These roles will be based out of our Ft. Worth office (Texas hire) or remote (California hire).

The Role You Will Play

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities to support growth within your assigned territory.
• Build and strengthen relationships with DOTs, AGC chapters, and general contractors in specific regions.
• Position Skidabrader and Frontline Road Safety as strategic solutions providers, highlighting safety, skid resistance, and long-term value.
• Perform market research to identify business opportunities, developing relationships with construction companies, transportation authorities, and state / local agencies.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and attend industry events.
• Manage customer relationships and accounts while traveling 6-8 nights per month (reduced travel expectations compared to traditional sales roles).
• Provide product training presentations for customers as needed.
