The environment is hands-on, fast-moving, and rooted in experimentation and iteration.

The Role

We're seeking a backend engineer excited to work onsite in NYC, building alongside a small, highly technical team. Youll execute quickly, leverage AI tools, and prototype constantly to bring ideas to life in days, not weeks. Ideal for someone who loves shipping MVPs at high velocity.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend systems optimized for rapid product development
• Leverage AI tools and LLM integrations to speed up engineering workflows
• Prototype fast, turn concepts into working products within days
• Iterate constantly, including rethinking or rewriting ideas as needed
• Collaborate closely with designers, founders, and engineers in NYC and beyond
• Automate workflows and integrate backend services with AI / LLM components

As a Backend Engineer, you will receive $220k$250k base salary plus equity.
