• Dates / Coverage Needed : Start in Feb / March 2026 - FT ongoing for 3 months with the option to extend. The schedule consists of either 8's or 10's, Monday-Friday.
• Support Staff : 80 CRNAs in the group. There is an Anesthesiologist Medical director. Anesthesia Care Team Model.
• Case Mix : All major case types except for burns and transplants. Locums will not do blocks, hearts, or OB cases. Provider needs to be able to do general, ortho, GI, heads, and healthy peds cases. There are about 17,500 cases annually. Variable cases per shift.
• # of ORs : 20 state-of-the-art ORs, 3 cardiac ORs, 3 EP labs equipped for anesthesia, 3 OB ORs, 6 Endo Suites
• Credentialing Time-Frame : 6-8 weeks
• Active SC License
• Certifications : ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
