Junior Recruiter
Apex Group is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Talent Acquisition team as a Junior Recruiter. You will be focused on hiring across the European region including but not limited to Bulgaria, Malta, Serbia, Spain, Portugal and more. We're continuing to grow as a company, so we'll be looking for you to play an important role in the management, oversight, and improvement of the end-to-end recruitment process. This role is ideal for someone with early career experience in a recruitment agency or a fast-paced talent environment, now looking to move in-house and grow within a global financial services firm.
The Role & Key Responsibilities :
- Support End-to-End Recruitment - Assist in managing recruitment processes from job posting to offer stage under the guidance of senior TA team members.
- Schedule Interviews & Coordinate Logistics - Arrange candidate interviews, liaise with hiring managers and candidates, and ensure smooth coordination across stages.
- Post Job Adverts & Manage Applications - Publish vacancies on internal and external job boards and help manage candidate applications within the ATS (e.g. Workday).
- Initial Candidate Screening - Conduct CV reviews and introductory phone screenings for selected roles to assess fit against role requirements.
- Maintain ATS Data Accuracy - Ensure timely and accurate data entry and status updates within the applicant tracking system.
- Assist with Onboarding - Support onboarding coordination by working with HR Shared Services and hiring teams to ensure a smooth new joiner experience.
- Provide Excellent Candidate Experience - Respond promptly to candidate queries and maintain a positive and professional tone in all communications.
- Support Employer Branding Activities - Assist in promoting Apex Group's brand through job adverts, social media posts, and career fairs as needed.
- Work Closely with TA and HR Team - Collaborate with recruiters, HRBPs, and other departments to support hiring goals and administrative processes.
Skills Required :
Technical & Functional Skills :
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and the employee lifecycleFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); experience with Workday is a plusProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Ability to manage administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detailStrong organizational and time-management skills, especially when handling multiple vacancies or candidatesCommunication & Interpersonal Skills :
Excellent written and verbal communication in English, other languages are a plusProfessional and confident when dealing with candidates and hiring managersComfortable working in an international and fast-paced environmentSoft Skills :
