Lead Electrical Solar Installer

Seeking Motivated Full-time Solar Electrical team lead with at least four years of on the roof experience.

• Candidates must be highly competent Solar electricians : able to layout and wire all AC and DC components, panel boxes, Inverters, and monitoring systems. Must be experts at line taps, bending conduit and all aspects of roof installation in order to be an effective team leader.
• Responsible for running their own 3-4 person install team and developing a good team culture.
• SunPower experience is preferred but not necessary.
• Tesla Powerwall installation experience is preferred but not necessary.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Must be comfortable on the roof and the main panel..
• Valid drivers license is required.
