Job descriptionProvide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Working environments and conditions may vary by site. Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards to the appropriate personnel. Assist employees, visitors, and contractors with security-related inquiries and access as needed. Follow all company and site-specific protocols to maintain a professional presence and support a secure environment. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Security Professional - Industrial Patrol - Full Time
As a Security Professional - Industrial Patrol - Full Time in Curtis Bay, MD, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the site. You will interact with employees and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and communication while supporting a secure work environment. Mon 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

Thur 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM
What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
