Position Description :
Summary
Under general supervision provide support for department research through projects, maintenance and communication of data, and execution of laboratory experiments.
Primary Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in immune cell profiling, including flow cytometry for sorting patient samples, and immunofluorescence. The position also involves a range of molecular, cellular, and biological techniques such as : DNA and RNA extraction, PCR and gel electrophoresis, Cell culture, Western blotting, Sample processing and histology.
Knowledge - Skills - Abilities
Knowledge of biology, chemistry, mathematics, documentation, and records management.
Data utilization, complex problem solving, critical thinking, resource management, and writing skills.
Preferred Schedule : Between 7am to 5pm
