Clinic Manager / RN Clinic Manager-Urology

Work Schedule :

This is a full-time, position scheduled to work Monday through Friday, with core hours between the hours of 7 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will work in Madison, WI with locations at University Hospital, 1 South Park and East Madison Hospital.

We are seeking a Clinical Manager / RN Clinic Manager - Urology to :

• Collaborate with our team of highly trained urologists and advanced practice providers.
• Lead the day-to-day clinical operations and coordination of patient care services in our three Urology Clinics.
• Direct and evaluate the department's workforce, in terms of staff scheduling and performance.

Prepare operating budgets, including volume projections, expenses and revenue estimates.
