Capital Women's Care in Hagerstown, Maryland, is seeking a board?certified / eligible OB / GYN to join our well?established and collegial practice. Collaborative Team Model : Join a dynamic team of 7 OB / GYNs, 8 Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs), and 5 Physician Assistants in a democratic, supportive environment.

Call Made Easy : Our CNMs take primary first call coverage at the hospital, significantly reducing overnight burden for physicians. Call is just 1 : 5 with a post?call day off for true recovery and balance.

Modern In?House Services : Onsite mammography, phlebotomy, and a surgical suite with anesthesia available. We also offer in?office sonography and bone density screening.

Innovative Women's Health Programs : Access to our new Breast Cancer Care Center.

Trusted Partnership : Affiliated with Meritus Health, featuring a Level II NICU and robust OB support.
